Return and Refund Policy

At The Metal Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions: 

Returns Eligibility: 

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. 
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. 
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Return Process: 

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number, and order date, and indicate what items you are returning.  
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.  
• Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt along with the order number. 
• Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. 

Refund Process: 

• Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. 
• Refunds will be issued within 5-15 business days of receiving the returned item. 
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Exchanges:  

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. 

Damaged or Defective Items:  

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you. 

Non-Returnable Items:  

• Items that are heavily worn, stained, or damaged are non-returnable.
